Understand and manage the NAND and solution roadmap.
Analize insights into key product specifications as a technical expert and explain technical knowledge or manuals to internal and external stakeholders using data sheets.
Technical Service:
Driving technical requirements of key business and customer needs and support related Statements of Work (SOW).
Analyze demo boards and samples.
Support customer request and resolve issues related to defects.
Technical Sales Support:
Provide technical sales support to maintain key business and explore new challenges.
Collaborate with SMI engineering teams, customers, and relevant departments to provide technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields).
At least 3 years working experience in each of the following:
Understanding and knowledge of NAND technology, controllers, or solution such as SSD, eMMC, UFS, and SD cards.
Working with SSD test, including both SATA and PCIe interfaces.
Experienced with Chipset FA or semiconductor-related testing.
Familiar with the electrical system design and PCB layout
Strong communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external customers.
Fluent in Korean and English.
Preferred requirement:
Experienced in firmware development.
Familiar with C/C++ programming language
